Now it's time for the real answer. First they have to process your order along with hundreds of others, the they need to find and pick the cigars for each order. Once the available cigars are pulled , they are carefully packed in a box with packing materials to keep them safe during shipment. The cigars that were not to be found are reported and listed as backordered on the invoice- customer service gets a copy of those and uses the paper for napkins at their cupcake parties from all the cupcakes Victor sends them to keep them from banning him. UPS arrives and the warehouse and rolling carts of packages are wheeled to the trucks and loaded on board. Of course I left a few minor things out which are really quite obvious. UPS then ships them to their closest location to where the packages must go. Then, either UPS takes them to the nearest post office facility or the post office picks hem up. They then go in with all the other pachages at the post office and go out for delivery. If you don't like the time this all takes, you can drive to Pennsylvania and buy them at the CI store or go online and order them from CI or Cigar.com or Pipes and Cigars and pay a higher price.

What kind of car do you drive ? Do you prefer pancakes or waffles ?

I said I would wait another 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they called again!!! Informing me this time that they were officially "lost" and that they would reship the order. Just got USPS tracking this morning that they are to be delivered on the 23rd!
