If it isn't broke, don't fix it!!!! The new format is terrible, i understand that sometimes change is good....this just isn't one of those times.

If it isn't broke, don't fix it that is my thinking cause it's all about ME!!!! that is my thoughts when its only about ME. The new format is terrible FOR ME!, I understand that sometimes change is good for most people but this is not about most people, or about what needed fixing and they don't tell ME! it's about ME!.... this just isn't one of those times FOR ME!. Because well, It's all about ME and what I THINK I KNOW! Screw the rest of you people!

I don't care for it at all. It takes much longer to go through and browse. I can't find how to just search for boxes and five packs and I want to be able to view all items one one page. Also, I think they have found that they can make more money on the free fall items so they are loading it up. Most don't have the time to wait for the price to drop as low as it might...again, I don't like the options for setting it up to browse the way I used to.

The new look for Cigarbid is the worst! It’s like they went from a good auction business and went backwards. Not user friendly at all. As others have mentioned, “if it aint broke don't fix big question is why did you do this? Take two steps forward, three steps back! Going to be looking for other auctons now, too bad...

Because the noops are morons and are to chicken poop to call I did, Thank you Sweet Pea for my update on the lowdowns.

To assume that it wasn't broke is asinine, Fact of the matter is it was broke, very broke. Due to internal workings basically everything was not communicating correctly. This really isn't just a "because we think its pretty" change. When the big Uttoh happened things had to be upgraded to fix the issues and took a long long time. You FOG's know of what I am speaking. All this time things have not been communicating properly since between the site and orders etc. Huge thanks to the girls for keeping that going because the work involved would have to be crazy stupid.

Now with the update or change to the site things now communicate properly thus better for us in the long run. (Ladies Chime In if I have misquoted or misstated correctly) I have had a stroke and I can not claim to not be just as bad a moron than the rest of these ijits.

Yes it is new, Yes it may be slower for you, me it's not, but I would rather this happen than another crash.

Either way if you have input on what you would like to see added or changed which may or may not happen call or email Customer Service and ask. It is that simple. NOW GET OFF MY PLAYGROUND!

PS: Remember.... Yell my name!

I don't see what all of the complaints are about this time around. I checked the auction side of this website last night. First time I'd been over there in months... Looks like they finally got the "Cigar Brands" list straightened out. Prior to this "upgrade" they had blends listed two and three times, and when you clicked on a certain type of cigar you got a long list of cigars that weren't the blend you clicked on. You would have to search through to maybe find a couple lots of the cigar that you actually wanted. It went on that way, BROKEN, for a year. All of that is fixed now.

To me, if you aren't shopping by brand you are just looking to buy anything and everything. So, I don't know if it's better or worse for those who want to see ALL 5 packs, ALL ending auctions etc etc. I'm particular about how I shop. If there aren't any good deals on certain brands/blends at the time, I don't buy. Based on my limited search last night and early this morning, I can say that I think the upgrade actually made it easier for me to shop, due to the fact that they fixed the brands list.

All that said, I'm still not sure I want to take the risk of purchasing anything from here just yet. There is that whole shipping thing... But it LOOKS like it's getting better anyway...
