First battery is fully charged. Charger showed it was at 84%. Second one was at 86%... so I'm a little perplexed at why that wouldn't be enough to start it. 🤔

Insure battery terminals are completely clean and cables are tight and secure..

Also, check and insure all fuses are seated provided boats with outboards still use fuses.

Had similar situation happen some years back while on the water in a bass boat. Made a stop to fish a small area and motor would not start but trim would work. Don't recall for sure but it was the fuses or the terminals needed securing. Rough water tends to loosen chit up.

Marine batteries... they sit in holders, enclosed under my center console. Cleanest batteries you'll ever see.

This looks suspiciously like delta1 reeling in another yellowtail. He said it was one of the biggest fish he's landed.

I left the batteries turned on. The gauges drained them, and I needed to charge them. Nothing else was wrong.
