Evening all, or morning maybe....... at this point in time, the days appear to be running together. Been averaging less than 3 hours of sleep per day for the last week, taking care of my dad and working graveyard shift on top of it is running me into the ground. So, I am enjoying an Arturo Fuente Añejo with a glass of Port and then, to bed I am heading.

No need for me to wake up so dadgum early... yet I did, and couldn't go back to sleep.

Coffee cup full... I'll be ready to go get the boat in an hour or so, but that damn b*tch parked in front of my house again. This time she's actually blocking a small part of my driveway. I should back my truck out real fast... won't hurt my hitch.

Gots a brisket on the bottom rack, and a pork butt on the top rack of the WSM cooker. The butt keeps dripping juices on the beef. Is that bad? 🤔
