ribeye chili turned out great.. cut it up in little bitty pieces and threw it in da pan with a couple lbs of lean ground chuck.. browned onion & green pepper bits with garlic in butter then added that to the meat with spices, a can of rotel and a bottle of dos equis... let it simmer for just over an hour I guess... 🤣

Hand pressed bacon burgers for dinner.

Our rental canoe kinda sucked. For some reason it would lean hard to the right. Kid sat to the far left in the middle. Wife and I both leaned hard left the whole way. Still took water in from the right side.

Back to campsite. 150ish sites, 14 occupied now. I hate weekend camping. Kids skipping school tomorrow. Gonna enjoy this while it lasts. Maybe pull him out Tuesday too if weather holds out.

My ideal camping trip is air conditioned camper with kitchen and bathroom, electric hookups, showers on site, no neighbors, and strong internet connection.

Basically I like being home, but somewhere else.

It would be very nice if the surgery fixed these problems or at least some of em but who knows. I don't want to get my hopes up until I get to talk with the surgeon. That is actually going to be my first question. What will this fix or possibility of fixing? Second question will be how do they plan to get to the area. If they are talking a stint then I will do it. If they talking cracking my skull open then not so much. The only way it would could fix anything is if the brain cells are not totally dead. If it is just a matter of not enough blood flowing to allow the cells to function properly then it could fix the issues or some of them. This all is assumption of course until I get to speak with the surgeon. To my understanding from the last neurologist these issues would never change but according to my new neurologist he didn't know his arse from gopher hole.

Brother Corey, I am not running low at all. I finished my humidor cabinet early this morning. Now just waiting to see if she holds humidity (crosses all double body parts.) If you know anyone who can use some of the cbid desktop humidors let me know. If the cabinet works I will be giving away my desktops.
