Thanks for the birthday wishes. Didn't get on yesterday due to being sick and not being able to see straight. Feeling better today, not great, but better for sure.

Have a good Friday and weekend, everyone!

Sciatic nerve relaxed a bit but now I've got light spots on my eyes... Migraine fast approaching... Got a cigar burning, Red bull getting chugged, and I'm gonna take a morning hash hit and hope one of the 3 drugs helps a little...

Well that was quick... 10 minutes from aura to headache... Not sure what chased the light spots off but I swear that's the most miserable part of migraines for me... I can deal with the headache... I can't deal with not seeing anything but blur and lights...

peripheral eyesight gets blurry, light spots and/or lightning streaks, when that goes away is when the headache/migraine hits?

Hello Ram

Either that or some mouthwash at the least some powdered doughnuts to get the taste out just to be safe. 🇨🇮

Went there this morning and filled my truck bed for $40.

I consider that a win.

Camper's just about packed, just gotta wait for the kid to get off the bus and we're off.

Man and you didn't need the toothbrush? If not then it's a win for sure.

Have a safe trip and lay a good one to rest while you out there.

Not gonna discourage it for less experienced staff but those that been at it 10 years I don't expect or want them wasting 40 minutes to setup. Nor can some patient's lives wait 40 minutes to setup. Time is critical in many situations, and the competency review was for safe setup of life support devices. If reading the manual is a required step, we gonna have more people dying over policy than already do.

That is one of the chitty things when it comes to competency testing. You end up having to do things that never apply to real world application. It was the exact same when I had taken my board exams. I would say a good quarter of the 3 day exam would never be used in real world. It just gets filed in the useless knowledge department.
