But that does not mean I think there are no instances of immigrant involvement. It doesn’t work like that and finding an instance or instances proves very little. This needs real thought and study.

And it applies to more than this disease. The flu is an underestimated problem and issue and very similar to watch.

The migrant in all these is the virus or disease and yes there has to be travel patterns although probably defined more broadly than we normally think.
