10 pack of Don Pepin Blue, plus yet another free Palio cutter. Tenski place.

A lot of people really like ****Batch but thus far they really dont even compete with the Tenski place in my book. I have a huge wishlist at *****Batch but I guess those blends rarely go on sale. I'm not going to buy a five pack of something I've never tried when I can get a 10 pack of something I love, plus a free cutter, for the same cost, or most times less...

Not bad. I won a box of BOTH the Toro and Lancero/Churchill. Don't recall which year is which. Both were good smokes after a few months of naked aging.

would they have been as good if you wore clothes?

......I made a BOO BOO and bid on the Diesel Hair of the Dog L.E. Toro Box of 10 for $59.99. Thought it was for a Box of 20. This discount SUCKS. Sells at C.I. for $79.99. Should sell here for $39.99 cheap bastards. With 100 being offered I am probably stuck.

Did manage to add some decent stuff to my order for next week......

Nica Libre 25th Anniversary Torpedo (6" x 56) Box of 25 for $60.00 (Very nice smoke at $2.40 per)

Cohiba Macassar Toro Grande (6" x 54) Pack of 10 for $29.00 (Never had. Pack of 5 is, LOL, $109 at C.I.)

Cornelius & Anthony 2nds Liga E Claro Toro (5.7" x 54) Pack of 20 for $31.00 (The regular Connecticut version was =2 Macanudo)

Ave Maria Divinia Toro (6" x 54) 8 Singles for $16 (Awesome at $2.00 per)

AJ Fernandez's Box-Pressed Perfecto Mega-Sampler (6" x 60) 20 Cigars for $52.84 (Very nice on FREE FALL)

Rocky Patel Royale Toro (6.5" x 54) Pack of 10 for $34.22 (Very nice on FREE FALL)

LOL!!!! Cove you know you gotta keep the coolidor stock with a variety of smokes. I'm looking forward to the Illusione Rothchilds; those puppies are hard to find sometimes. I might pull the trigger on a cab.

I hate those rothschilds so much... And I really, really like Illusione...

I think kotc may have been subtly pointing out that the prices you got weren't exactly deals... In the case of the fritas, more of an overbid...

If you recall can you come back and post as to whether of not the Rom 101 maduros are any good? thanks!

The Ichiban maduro is better than the Drew Estate bundles IMHO. The Ichiban maduro has complexity and has a transition going from the 2nd to the 3rd. Dominant notes are Chocalate, nuts and a lil spice and an earhy core. On the retro this stick opens up with sweetness and the chocolate becomes somewhat creamy in both taste and texture.

Sorry for the late response. I forgot about this request.

Idk man... Msrp is over $6 on those nasty's... For a short fill cigar... A really small short fill cigar... Seems like a bad life decision... Not like transvestite-in-Vegas kind of bad life decision... But still not good...

Yea, but it's not your Uncle's short filler. These puppies have the best scraps in em and have always burned well for me. It's just nice to have access to a Liga 9 for a daily smoke. Some BOTL's can become jaded and fickle. [gonzo]

Nothing quite like the flavor a string of plastic tarp has in a premium cigar, tho a bird feather in a backwoods is worse.

Now that I have dove into them, I can report back that they are not all consistent as in flavor profiles. But all have burnt well and have plenty of body.

I feel like some have less of a cacao note and more earth and some have that bang on dessert quality. But all in all its a bundle stick and its the best bundle on the market right now IMHO. Way better than the RP Cargos for sure. These and the DE ones are on my bundled top lists.
