As a lawyer, I can definitively say that pumpkin spice is not a "protected group" for discrimination laws, in contrast with, say, race, religion, sex, etc. Ergo, "Pumpkin Spice Discrimination" is either (a) a non sequitur, and/or (b) a sign of good taste. It is not, however, legally actionable. It ranks somewhere between "discriminating" by not wanting your neighbor's Saint Bernard to crap on your lawn and "discriminating" by refusing to listen to the musical stylings of Miley Cyrus.

Now if they could make a good dairy-free gluten-free pumpkin spice Cinnabon...oh hell, I might as well talk about what I'll do when I win the lottery or marry Jennifer Aniston.
