CB, I wish you luck in your ruling, but would set a precedent where gifted turns could be endlessly passed along, negating the treasured practice of throwing a random brother/sister under the bus. $0.02 deposited

it seems to have been a long CBid tradition that the member who is gifted a PIB is required to accept, and may not "re-gift" ...pretty sure I'm right about this...
