Morning, Semi busy day today. Taking my oldest Gavin to skating lessons, then dropping him off at home with the wifey, then heading to like 4 stores to make returns, then a few others to get some things myself. And hoping to get a box put together for palama in noob pib.

Neighbor has had for sale by owner signs up to sell his house for a month or so. Couple days ago he took em down. Thought maybe the house sold.

168k is still insanely high IMO. I bought my house for 90.

I hope he doesn't sell. I like the guy. Three houses that sold in the last few years had a polebarn/shop put up in the yard for the owner, and then they rent out the house.
