Flight was delayed. Got home late. 4 hours past time for drugs etc. hung with kids and dogs etc. then went to bed.

Bed was awesome. Still can’t sleep more than 1-2 hours but last night I managed to string 3 of them together without hours between each other. I felt real sleep.

Still waking up disoriented and sometimes angry. But that will go away.

Glad you're home... Bet the dogs were glad to see you...

For what it's worth, I wake up angry and disoriented every morning... But I slowly realize I'm not an oppressed black woman living in 1920's Harlem and eventually get on with my day...

Had another echo today. They do t see the effusion. My doc here is the director of imaging at the university of Kansas. I meet with him Monday but it’s starting to look like my body just needed more time.

answer to prayer....

One year my great grandma birdie had something wrong at thanksgiving time that rendered her unable to consume solid food... Had my grandma put a little bit of literally everything from the dinner table into the blender and drank it with a straw...

Something to think about if you're not feeling in the holiday mood tomorrow...
