Spent the day in the er. Just got home.
Got really light headed and about passed out. Still light headed.
Afib is back and bp was down to 86/44.
CT shows Borge effusions are gone. No need to drain. The thought is the meds for the effusion are lowering my bp. Prolly dehydrated.
I already have an appointment with my cardiologist tomorrow. I just need to get through the night.
No one said it would be easy.

Had been on that one for years before that, but, Long story short, BP must've been running high for more than a few months. I only see my Dr. every 3 months. BP had likely been high most of the year because I was not able to be as busy as normal, plus my pain level was higher than normal, lots of night sweating, etc. I had forgotten that when I stoped the meds, I was already breaking them into 1/4's! So, I took one, felt like a truck had run over me, the spent around a week of trying to get my body acclimated to a lower pressure. Wife, being a nurse and all can check it after she gets home. Yep, it was running quite low or normal, except normal didn't feel well. Evidently, my body had to get accustomed to a NORMAL BP again. Not fun, took me a week or so and I'm still getting up a little earlier than normal on some days, hence this early AM post, hehe!
Now I can tell you that I would be in the ER as well if my BP was 86/44!?!?!?! I thought my heart was pounding out of my chest at 110/72-106/70, and YEP, felt like I was blacking out just from squatting over to do anything.
Things will finally get settled down, but HANG IN THERE, you've been through quite bit and it may take your body a month or so to re-acclimate. May need a different BP med, who knows.
