it's really a shame several of you guys have been taught that no living lib understands this.

I keep wanting to get a Beretta M9. I know a lot of people dislike that particular gun, but by virtue of me shooting thousands of rounds through it... it just makes sense. It fits my hand perfectly, and I can hit a flea's ass inside 25 yds with it.

I can disassemble and reassemble it with my eyes closed, I know the functions, and having a gun with which you are very familiar and proficient is just smart.

Too big for my mitts. Big dude, tiny hands. But they shoot very well and operate smoothly. I like em.

I'm a fan of Beretta overall, which is how they ended up with me. More for brand snobbery than individual merits of the pistol. I've got a lot of Beretta firearms.

Waiting for a good price on the Ruger 9mm Carbine... not too hard to find really.. just need to pull the trigger... 😟

Trying several to see which one I want. Favorite was an STI Staccato they had at the range, until I looked up the cost. Leaning towards a CZ SP01 at the moment

I was looking at those but ended up with an AR pistol(s) in 9mm. I found a case of UZI mags for less than a C-note. So I ran them through my mill, cut a new slots for the mag latch and opened them up for bolt clearance and now they work great in the AR platform. Good to go for a long time. 😁

Gotta interject. A good friend owns and operates SDS Import. The 1911's they are bringing in are world class. For what he's asking I've got a couple coming. They run great. And David's a stand up guy that doesn't cut corners.

Full hearted recommendation with no reservations. 🍺

(The website isn't up to date on all the current models. They are active on Facebook though.)

Prepped stuffed mushrooms yesterday but didn't cook until a little while ago.. used spicy sausage and jalapeno cream cheese.. along with about 5 other cheeses... damn good.. . Not sure i can duplicate it but I'll try again and maybe write it down... letting them sit overnight might be the trick... 😟

9mm I have a Glock (go ahead and give me crap) my wife is wanting a Kimber special edition 9mm, she wants to sell her 38 special stub nose. The only 1911's I have shot are 45. And for sds imports, I have never shot them. But now you have me mad at you as now I have to go get one and that takes away money from cigars.... Haha[frypan] [frypan] 😣 😣

They're under 4 bills. I couldn't believe when I was told what they would sell for. When I asked him why, he said we'll sell a bazillion at that price point. I think he's right.

They have a 9mm as well. 😁

I tried a few of the Glocks. Decent, but I really prefer a metal frame. The polys just don't feel right for me.

Same here.

I appreciate the Glock for what it is. It's really an incredible piece of machinery and the manufacturing behind it to keep the cost incredibly low for the quality, the whole endeavor is mind boggling.

But like you said, the shooting angle doesn't work for me. I have a few, and I'm sure I'll get a few more. But I don't carry them. Blind point drills leave them pointing way high.

Still love my stainless cz75. Fits like a glove. Pick it up, aims itself.
