Let the chickens out, gathered eggs, and hit the garage

Made myself a mug of hot apple cider with a lil Maker's Mark poured in.

Party Short.

I want to say no to work tonight but if they offer double time, I gotta take it. Sister in law gonna pop out a kid any day now. When that happens, wife's going down there to watch their kids and I'm home with the boy. Part of me hopes it's today so I don't have to go in for my 8th consecutive 12hr shift, but the other part wants it to hold off so I can get double time

Wife and I are off to watch a free practice round at the Phoenix Open. Course is just a couple miles from our place and it's gonna be 72 today so nice day to sit, sip and smoke a few.

They call this "the biggest show on grass" due to drawing about 500K for the week. More than half don't even know there is a golf tournament going on behind the beer party.

I never had a job in my work life that paid overtime, much less double. But I did have many that expected 45-50 hours each week but paid for 40.

Hey Tony... I'm off work until February 13th.

After that, they'll be lucky to see me 3 days in a row until I'm gone.

Took today off to stay home with the 6yo who had the flu. Gonna just relax on the couch all day while he lays down on the chair and watches YouTube videos. At least he is watching a wide variety of stuff. Right now it's all about people baking fun cakes.

welcome to the CBid knitting and bingo club...is it Drafter's turn to bring the lemonade and cookies?

No, it’s mine, so it’s cut with a fifth of bourbon and the cookies are rum soaked. Definitely not grandpas’ lemonade.

Just watch out for the Pineapple Upside down cake. It has more booze than a Speakeasy. 🤣😂🤣
