Great post and story...

I used to hunt and trout fish ( at my grandfather's and uncle's cabin)in Bradford county ( not Bradford city) all through my youth...near TRoy ?? I think...on top of a mountain that had swamps then at the bottom was an old railway bed turned into a road with a trout stream next to it...

During deer season " it was nothing" to count 65-120 deer on the first day coming up the mountain(from the farmland below) headed up to hide in the thick swamp brush all day then back down at dusk...

At our cabin is in central pa..(from 5yrs old to 16 yrs old).we used to fish for native Brook trout all the time...we would cut off the Barb's and use bugs or worms with super long bamboo flyrods...it was so much fun, we always released them because they were only
3"-7" ...under the limit ...
