I think Sanders could have defeated Trump in 2016. In 2020? Nah...Trump will be re-elected.

UNLESS...and IMO this is a real possibility...Trump drops out. I don't think he ever expected to win, honestly. And I'm sure being a billionaire is a lot more fun than being president. So I really do think it is possible that Trump will decide not to run.

As far as Bernie beating him in 2016, no way. He’s one dimensional. He hadn’t captured a consensus of Democratic voters. He can fool the millennials, but GenX and the baby boomers understand what socialism did to Venezuela. Only what 20 years ago it was the most prosperous South American nation. Now it’s one of the poorest.

I still can’t figure out why anyone believes socialism will work. It has NEVER worked. It’s simply a means for lazy people to have others pay for what they should earn themselves.

Personally I think Trump wants to be a monocrat and is willing to have a Totalitarian regime to get there. That being said the possibility of him being beaten in 2020 is slim to none.

How come Frank is not on the list. He's like the Abby Hoffman of the Commie 13, I mean he's even Jewish. He could move to the Sunni reservation and change his name to he who leaves 3 trails, sorry Frank, Long Song Silver was already taken. Think of it, the first American Indian tripod Jewish president, now that's diversity.
