Poll Question: Who will win the 2020 POTUS election

Dave, polls are just that, polls. Remember, in 2016 the polls showed Hillary in a landslide victory. Not so much. I do think Trump will win. Though there is one scenario that I think would make it a close race. Bloomberg getting the Democratic nomination. While I think this is unlikely to happen, it is possible. Even if he doesn't win the nomination, maybe his run will have done some good. Hopefully it causes more moderate Democrats to run in 2024.

Boogerberg is definitely buying the primary. Gonna cost him more to pay off Bernie than it cost Hillary but it's in the bag.
Question is will shortstuff have a lift tonight?

Be careful that those Jersey commies don't burn your house down. My sister lives in Pine Hill, and she would love to have a Trump bumper sticker and lawn sign, but she is concerned about her home being vandalized and her cars keyed.

Here's the thing that Bloomberg supporters don't seem to realize. Even though Bloomberg's ads disparages Trump and all he has done, policy wise (except for guns) Bloomberg is basically a Trump clone. If he supported the 2nd Ammendment, and got over his Napoleon Complex, I could actually see myself supporting him in the future.

Got my sign up and my daughter is afraid for her car and life! My wife sports the 45 Jersey (Valentine's day gift, her request) daughter is petrified with fear of the commie's wrath. She's in a doctorate program at University of the sciences. whole campus is running the Trump train around the quad almost daily and she's still scared. Soo glad she's at a maga University!

Who wants to take bets that the daughter is a bernie supporter and just doesn't want to tell her dad? "No dad, don't put that trump sign up, I'm just so afraid for my life and the wrath of the communists"

.... and why would she be so afraid?

Hell, if anyone came up to me and told me "my child is afraid that X will hurt them!" my first question would be why did you instill that fear in your child?

This goes for anyone of any political bent. Dems afraid they're going to get shot by trumpers at a rally.... trumpers afraid they're going to be blown up by muslims... whatever.

Someone instilled that fear in them. And there is zero reason for it.

Trump, inciting violence:
"knock the crap outta them"

"Just knock the hell ... I promise you I will pay for the legal fees. I promise"

" I’d like to punch him in the face, I’ll tell you.”

"Try not to hurt him. If you do, I’ll defend you in court, don’t worry about it.”

" nobody wants to hurt each other anymore, and they’re being politically correct the way they took them out."

“The audience hit back. That’s what we need a little more of.”

“If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks, although the Second Amendment people—maybe there is, I don’t know.”

“Any guy that can do a body slam, he is my type!”

remember how Bill O'Reilly consistently called an abortion doctor a killer on his radio show...day after day...he was criticized by critics and supporters alike...eventually, as was predictable, some psycho hunted down and killed the doctor...inciting violence by rhetoric from "leaders" is a real thing...

Respectful courteous dialogue with prayerful love is what we champion in our house. We do I must admit enjoy a laugh though sometimes at the expense of snowflakes

This is true. But not any reason to actually be afraid.

Fear is an insane response to pretty much anything short of a clear and present threat to your physical well-being (ie a direct threat of violence from an individual or group actually capable of making good on that threat)....

I believe trump (and others on the right) have successfully stoked their fans to cause violence. But I wouldn't be afraid of them.
