I'm purty sure he just "UP AND DISAPPEARED"...

IMAGINE THAT...
JUST LIKE CENTRAL AMERICA IN all of THE 1980's...
Here today...gone tomorrow...

(Yes I know that was South America not Central America, you nit-pickers!)

Nope. Hate snakes. Had an 870 for those.

When I was in HS smoking pot and skipping school would get you in a world of hurt.

Kids today... they're living the dream!! Pot is legal and school is canceled.

He explains well what is so disturbing about this.

And how we can't treat it.

But, Danm... haven't we always been so hindered by pneumonia? Isn't this why pneumonia kills the old and infirm?

The problem is so many at once, no?

This isn’t your grandpappys pneumonia. So many at once is definitely one facet of the issue but this is a brutal virus in and of itself unless you are one of the lucky that it does next to nothing. The human body is amazing.

Nitpicking???

Do your research...

It was B.O.T.H. SOUTH AMERICA ANNNNDDDD
IN CENTRAL AMERICA IN THE 80's...

You just hear way more about Chile in S.A. because it was so bad there...but it was going on in C.A. too...on a lesser scale but just as real...

I just wanted to highlight that part... prolly the only time you've said that to me. 😂

Does it matter where you get your information if it's accurate? Watch the video. I don't think he contradicts what has been said. He's pretty adamant that it's serious, and he explains it in layman's terms.

Maybe that last part is the key.

Eh........for Drafter, I’m gonna interject.
Epidemiologists study Incidence, Prevalence and Mortality, and then overlay other data bits, depending on what they are attempting to predict/project or analyze after the fact.

Etiologists study causation, etc.
When you have GOOD data for both, you can implement fairly effective containment, and ultimately treatment and prevention measures.

If you’re missing one piece, your kinda fuqed a little.

If you’re missing both, as the world was initially, thanks to the Chinese policies, well............you see what you get.

Heck, I'd have settled for a pathologist. :)

anyway... if he's right, he's right, if he's wrong Danm'll tell us.

My main reason for pointing it out is this is how you get these damn "Dr Oz" types.

As has been noted, it’s the speed of the decline, which is MUCH quicker than the declines noted with “traditional” viral or bacterial pneumonia.
Like Dr. Vuong said, ARDS sets in really quick.........then it’s just a cascading downward spiraling nightmare.
