We are using it at work as well, and my oncologist (KU) is using it.

Some hospitals I’m aware of at work have swayed away from it.

Zoom was on the news... seems their "encryption" isn't all it's cracked up to be and people have been "bombing" meetings.

Which one of us would give a crap if someone broke into our herf? My guess is they'd run away screaming and cornfused. lol
