their service sucks!!!! No reply is right!! maybe their too fu........ cheap to hire anybody and only take your monies.
don't bother calling their number, it also sucks as i'm on hold for 30 minutes again. THAT'S UNREASONABLE FOR ANY BUSINESS!!!!! Does anybody know of another cigar company with quicker service?
