I am STILL getting pm's from people looking for their order.... as a matter of fact I JUST got another one not 2 minutes before typing this out. I'm supposed to be the funny one people. I really don't like the role reversal! Some day, you will all pay.

Same experience for me too. Won lots were not added to my order. I’ve been here since ‘99 and never had a single problem and CS was always available now it’s MIA. I can’t help but think this is part of the Craig Reynolds computer debacle. STG has breached my trust. I can’t and won’t do business with someone I cannot trust if I do it teaches them it’s ok. It’s sad because I remember some great BOTL here that have gone to that big lounge in the sky! I don’t post here often but have always got some great laughs from this crowd. I don’t think Cbid will/can turn this around as a former cigar shop owner I talk to a lot of BOTL who have shared this experience and won’t be coming back. The upshot for you who remain is less competition 😃

I ordered a week ago. Says order is still pending. I’m leaving for the Beach on Saturday. Was on hold for an hour with CS. Had to drop off to get work done.
