I would say in both situations we do not know. But I am tired of the double standard. In truth hate is not a crime. The crime is the crime. I see hate crime as double jeopardy. Also racism has no business even being considered concerning a crime. Again, the crime is the crime. I am just tired breaking the constitution to be politically correct.

The suspect is a neighbor, and was friends with the family. The kid's father said the guy had dinner and drank with them the night before. Killer was seemingly a friend, and something happened. Is this story really about race...or more about mental health?


This is definitely NOT a hate crime and would have been the same kind of mental health tragedy had the races been flipped.
