I can't through to customer service. I've stayed on hold 4 or 5 times for 20-30+ minutes each time with no answer. I've sent about 5 messages from their website over the course of the last two weeks. No response. What the heck is going on over there?

They are being swamped with multiple messages and phone calls from you and people like you. They re understaffed and the people that own the company don't give chit as long as the money keeps rolling in.
