Memorials to tragedies out of cigars? Wow!...let's explore the concept...how about one to Abner Louima, who was raped with the plunger by cops? And, check it out, the plunger would be an Opus X! Great, huh? Or, maybe one to the Holocaust...and the roller could sculpt the face of a death camp victim into the tip of each cigar so that when you lit it, the image would burn just like the Jews did in the ovens! Is THAT in poor taste? Couldn't possibly in any poorer taste than a cigar plane crashing into a cigar tower. An absolute abomination. Disgusting.

People, I don't think the point here was whether or not Fuente was right or wrong but the fact that Slim was attacked because he merely posted some unusual pictures of cigars. Yes, the twin towers cigars is odd, maybe even downright crude, but SLIM DIDN'T DO IT. Take your gripes to cigarfamily.com, people, not Slim.

I didn't like it. Bad taste. As for bad taste...when you make a post and don't even try and hide the vulgarity, I think you deserve to be knocked off the site PERIOD. When you push that "post message" button you sent what you meant to send.

I don't disagree with strong feelings about that cigar monument. But it was meant to be in good taste but it failed.

I do disagree with starting a forum fight and toss obsenities around like some 18 year old hot head who doesn't have control over one's testoserone...especially to reference to someone as a PUNK. The only punk is the one who lost control. You can apologize all you want, but I am looking at a whole line of posts that still can be read.

We toss around comments in our forums we participate in and hide the spelling and get the meaning across. FahQ, 5h1t, Ba$t^rd, etc. That borders on bad taste to some and maybe vulgar to others. I think it mostly comes across as entertaining and creative to hide naughty stuff and words in our posts.

We are all grown ups here (I think) and must have some realization of the consequences of going overboard. I think Slim stepped on the line and Freecigar dove way past the line.
