Because the Demo-Nazi party intends to finally abolish the First and Second Amendments once and for all (for starters), destroy the economy with socialism, and throw the rest of the Constitution in the toilet. They’ve said it over and over again: They hate America, its history, its “systemic racism,” and want to destroy it and “reset” it and create their own specialized version of communist utopia.
They are not stupid: They understand that there is bound to be political opposition to this eventually, and they intend to meet even peaceful opposition with military violence and threats of violence. They fear an American Prague Spring, in other words, and are taking their cue from how the Soviets responded to the Czech uprising in 1968. That is why there are so many heavily-armed troops now permanently stationed in D.C., with Comrade Pelosi even calling for armed machine gun nests on the top of the capitol building. What a charmer she is.
