Average score on the ASVAB is 50. I scored a 91 when I was 16. I'm not stupid. Retired from the Navy as a Senior Chief... only 2% of people who join the Navy attain that rank. I'm not stupid. My GPA in college was 3.69... and I half assed it on a number of courses that I gave 2 sh*ts about.

Just because people disagree does not mean the other person is dumb. That's an internet anomaly... back when free speech was cool, people actually debated, live, and the audience was free to decide who was stupid.

To be fair, we weren't voting by mail very much in 2016. Fraud wasn't much of a worry.

We've met Joel. I respect you as a man, father, husband, citizen. As I do Al, whom I frequently disagree with, politically. Occasionally, you and I disagree on politics. For you to assume I'm stupid, retarded, or wearing a tinfoil hat because we disagree is, frankly, insulting.

My intelligence, on fishing, mechanics, cigars, beer, criminal justice etc... is not so much in question. But my intelligence in regards to politics is in question? I'm not an idiot, Joel. I'm not stupid. I'm not retarded. I'm not in the beginning (or late) stages of dementia (like our current president) But I do disagree with you.

If that makes me a stupid, retarded, tin-foil-hat-wearing idiot... Okee dokie.

As far as stupidity, I think anyone who doesn't support the president, government, and election process of this country is stupid, or at the very least, acting that way... that encapsulates most Republicans, most democrats, and myself for a chunk of my life...

But that's just my opinion, and as I've already stated, I'm pretty sure I'm not smart...

I'm not certain that I'm smart, Joel. I'm certain that I am rational, and I am not stupid.
We've met, we've spoken, we've shared rational conversation. I am equally sure that you are not stupid.

We disagree. That's fine. We can, as rational, intelligent human beings, debate our ideas the next time we meet. If we still disagree... we'll always have fishing. Because, well... if you don't agree with me after I've told you what to think, then you're just stupid!
