This statement covers a lot of ground
1st: How is picture ID required making voting harder?You need it to open a bank account,buy cigarrettes and alcohol..........or better yet to pick up your MLB tickets at the kiosk.
2nd: American CITIZENS is the key here.........live citizens, no headstone markers allowed.
3rd :Guaranteed........absolutely to those CITIZENS of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older
4th :Please make one valid argument for not requiring photo ID/proof of citizenship to vote......just one please

the new laws being proposed by GOP in Georgia and many other states go beyond requiring ID to vote;
close many polling places,
limit numbers of ballot boxes
prohibit the mailing of unsolicited mail-in ballots
limit mail-in ballots to "excused"
limit voting hours, days
allow the state legislature to decide winner,
make it illegal to provide water/food to voters in line,
allow more elections "observers" (i.e. intimidaters)
so the over-all effect of all of this is to make it more difficult for working people, average Americans, to vote...unnecessary restrictions because there has not been proof of widespread voter fraud...
don't forget the Trump administration's desperate attempt to cripple the USPS during the last election when it became obvious that a whole lot of Americans were going to use mail ballots...just another GOP trick, and actual fraud that is blatant proof that the con party is not interested in fighting voter fraud, but trying to keep people from voting...
