My wife works in mortgages. They've seen a spike of people buying or building "dream houses". Couple of contributing factors, they have been told.

-Generally stir crazy, they just WANT
-They lived through Covid and they aren't going to hold themselves back, so they are going to Live Big.

It matches what she ordered. She wanted the not white vanity but now is upset its not white... I can't win. Guess I gotta go buy the white one.
