Got a KFC/LJS combo right down the street. Almost never go there... occasionally I crave artery hardening fried fish, though. 😰

some of the best fried fish markets I've been to were the "you buy we fry" Louisiana black owned shops in the hood when I worked at Inglewood Unified in the early 80's...catfish, sand dollars, sole, halibut, white fish, perch...mouth watering now as I remember nearly 40 years ago...

Pork burgers stuffed with jalapeno, cheddar cheese sauce, and fried onions. Suppose to have a 4 day weekend but sounds like I might be working the entire holiday weekend. Should find out for sure tomorrow and I'm thinking I'm still gonna take Friday off.

Went to a local Italian place with hand made pasta. Tried the braised rabbit tortellini. Good stuff. Mrs Beach didn't appreciate it being described as "damn good bunny." Peter Cottontail pasta was also frowned upon.
