From a business perspective, wouldn’t you think manufacturers would embrace the smaller vitolas based upon the ability to roll more cigars (...and quicker...) because they use less tobacco? Especially when they have a limited edition, you’d want to increase the number of cigars to sell?
Or maybe not if you have crappy tobacco and just trying to sell them off as quickly as possible. [gonzo]
Lastly, is it just my imagination but whenever I read about people’s favorite vitola size, the vast majority will say smaller RG stogies and rarely ever Gordos or 56RG or greater. So who’s buying the behemoth jawbreakers? 🤔
