Now when someone asks "Are you for the defense of human ownership?" My first reaction is that's a dumb question to ask a libertarian. Like duh! First off yours is another hypothetical question, but who in this day and age in America would advocate for a return to chattel slavey anyway —Nobody except some freaks.
Second, if a state is sovereign, invading it is a criminal act for any reason, defined as an act of treason in the Constitution. "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. "Them" is the members of the compact, the states.

Like I've said before, the only people nowadays that are in favor of human ownership are the progressives. They claim they own you, your kids, your property, and your income and they believe they can pass any law to do so as they want. Their mechanisms are more subtle than outright chattel slavery, but they are just as coercive and laced with threats of violence if you don't obey them.

Yeah, I've been hearing about it more lately in conversation... then spey getting crumbled drawers over it, figured I had to go read about it a little.

It's like all stuff that's been known forever (at least to brown people) with a lot of exaggerations thrown in.

It's like it's meant to keep poor white people down about how bad their people are... keep em crying... this is an idealism for woke white people to let them point their finger at the poor brown people all while kicking down their own poor. White people weaponizing CRT is actually a racist act... it's almost self defeating.

Still gonna read up on it. I'm always amused at the things that have been out there for years and people have no idea about but then they somehow emerge with immediacy and outrage. Usually you can track why they are emerging now and from what sources and how those sources are conducting the outrage with a certain group that would swear they are independent unbiased thinkers.

The fauci 2012 writings are another example. They have been available and public since that time. Never touched by anyone until just the last few weeks when the outrage meter goes to defcon levels when folks don't read the source (or don't understand the source) and instead listen to the version as described to them (how they are supposed to think). Folks don't pause and think "hmm if this is what it really says and meant, it has been out there since 2012 loud and proud, and fauci has enemies that would grab at anything to discredit him.... I wonder why it took until this moment and time for this very public evil work of his to surface. There is a really easy answer to that question. The outrage is disingenuous and manufactures and the interpretation of the writing and application are incorrect, skewed and self serving, and the folks pushing that know it but the minions down stream don't or don't care that they are part of a smear. It is just self serving.

Something tells me the CRT is the same or similar but I don't know enough about it to say that yet. It just seems like a huge raging clue driven intentionally by a certain group when perhaps if you look closer maybe semi-wood or just a little movement would have been appropriate years ago if anyone truly cared.

The funniest effect of CRT seems to be that poor white people seems to be that it makes them proud they're smart enough to get an ID.

Like I said, I don't know enough. I need to learn more. There may be some merit to the real CRT rather than the CRT that has been described to people and they have grabbed on to. (Don't get wood right or left social warriors.... there is a difference between saying there is and saying I need to learn more because there may be. its not bad to learn at the root rather than blindly following your youtube bloggers and entertainment news sources). Not climbing on the outrage train to figure things out for one's self is not a weakness or being on the other side. It is a sign of cognitive thought.

It's not all bad to actually try to learn what something really is and why instead of tossing one off to the weekly outrage and pretending to be an expert on something a couple weeks ago you'd never heard of.
