Although I'm more of a Who fan over the Stones

John Entwistle vs Keith Moon... can there be any other polar opposites?

Killed many brain cells listening to Live at Leeds

Always felt like Entwhistle was the tether that kept Moon from running off through the countryside. Granted, it was a looooong chain, but it was present

Gone from taking it a year at a time, to a month, to a week at a time.
Trying one day at a time now. An hour at a time if necessary, an hour at a time.
Shower done, prayers read and said.
Here we go into another day.
Be good.

Up and out for a 5 miler. Rain is gone but with the RH way up I still come back drenched just the same. Meeting my older brother for a birthday bagel later. This is a tradition that goes back about 30 years. Then on to the gym.

Welcome back to Monday fellas.

I didn't go to work today, and I got 8 hours of restful sleep. Gonna be a good day.

Going in for a CCTA with contrast today. They prescribed beta blockers to bring heart rate below 50. Weird dreams last night.

When I was cycling a lot my resting rate was already 48 and with meditation i could get it down to the upper 30s. no longer.

Dan, I want to compliment you.

Your learning how night shifts affect you and your family along with the emotional and physical toil on you generally and also on your sleep. That and your strong desire to make your day shift days at that hospital better, versus night shift. Hope this is a permanent change for you and that your project gets final approval!=d>

I know it is very hard to do, but if you just get some regular exercise, like three days a week, from 20-30 minutes each time, and watching what and how much you eat just a little more carefully. You will get there if you start slowly as opposed to some crash diet. Y.MMV

Working on my truck. I’ve got to pull the injectors and send them out to be rebuilt. Also, have to pull the heads and send them to the machine shop. It’s only 9:30, but it’s so hot and humid I glasses stay halfway fogged up.

I agree. No crash diet in sight. Having some issues and need to rule out a few things before doing too much. Right now my doc doesn't even want me mowing the lawn. Today should help sort things a bit. It better.... at the end of the week I will be walking with my wife and the dogs at altitude.

What's up? Waiting on Fedex to deliver my new tv sound-bar and speakers for the new tv. Could be hear all day, but I really want to n get out to the lap pool for some exercise.

Daughter comes home for like 10 days starting Thursday.

Son graduates with an MBA from FSU on Friday. Big event that I am so excited to see since his undergraduate graduation was cancelled due to Covid. If he gets straight A's this semester he graduates summa **** lade with distinction from the dean. He will easily be in the top ten of his 250 person class, maybe even first place.

He is brilliant way beyond his 23 years. Thankfully, "it doesn't got to his head."

We are so grateful and lucky!

If you leave, they will be there in 20 minutes.

If you stay and wait, they will show up at 9:30 tonight.
