I need to do one of them sleep study things. Where they monitor your sleep? I wake up far too many times during the night.

The summer/winter thing was the idea all along but since the two houses are only 90 miles apart we have been going back and forth weekly for maintenance on both. Iffn I wasn’t such a cheap bastid I would hire landscapers and pool guys but I don’t like waiting a week or longer to fix something that needs attention. Thinking one place needs to be a condo but I need space to be outside to have a couple cigars, etc.
