Have you taken your bike inside a good bike store that sells the general kind of bike you ride yet? The seat fitting should be totally free.

And, if you don't buy a set of pedal clips or new pedals with lock in shoes (like a ski binding) I am just going to have to find and send you a pair of toe clips (even though riding shoes with lock in clips are much better). They are cheap (less than $20/pair) and will make your ride much better since you will be using additional leg muscles.

Coming down 196 in Michigan cruise set at 64 and came to a hill. It always drops a gear quickly when im towing and come to a hill but it didn't, and my speed was going down. Then it downshifted twice, spun up to almost 6krpm and violently shifted back up to 4th and was just chugging the rest of the way up that hill.

I ignored it at first but then I realized it's not shifting at all. Switched to manual mode. I can select 1st and 4th, nothing else. No check engine light no warning lights, trans temp about 170. Drove the rest of the highway run in 4th gear around 3krpm 60mph. In traffic it was damn near impossible to speed up cause it was just locked in 4th.

Got off the highway, it shifted to 1st. Good. But it won't stay in first past 2krpm. Shifts 1st-4th at 2k. Then it's a good minute to get up to speed.

This truck is so fvcking bad. When it works I love it. But I can't trust it to go anywhere and do truck things. At least it's still under warranty. The day that expires I definitely do not want to have it anymore.

It's a known issue at least with the diesels. Dunno if the transmissions are shared. Looking around online looks like it typically clears and works fine if you turn the truck off and then on again. I haven't tried that yet, I'm enjoying sitting in my air conditioned house after 5 days without AC. Kinda... I did fire up the generator last night to run the AC but otherwise just ran on 12v/solar.

Truck's still under warranty, so I'm not gonna mess with it. Just bring it back to the dealer. Again.
