A little cloudy but no rain and about 50/68. Coffeed up and ready for a 4 miler followed by the gym. Maybe library.

Was looking at yesterdays deer escapades. I never hit a deer but I did hit a Christmas tree once. Apparently flew out of someones truck bed and it center punched my grill and radiator. Had a hard time getting insurance guy to stop laughing.

Last night, I noticed that my third finger- at the base of the metacarpal/capitate knuckle joint- was very painful, tender and swollen; and that the tendon appears to be slipping off the "pully" when I flex my hand or grip with my fingers. I think it may be dislocating. 9/10 pain.

F me! He said from my description that I "probably just need six weeks of extension", so I am looking at either a splint or cast. I have no idea how I was injured. Maybe its just old age? 🌫
