Top Three High (and Low) Lights of 8track's Auto World.

#3: Largest Bill of the Day. 2015 Mercedes Benz. $5,450.
#2: Test driving a vehicle without a license plate, with the instruction of Don't get pulled over. Ironically it belonged to a local news station. Maybe I should have called the station and asked for a behind the scene investigation.

#1: Was given instruction on how to test drive a vehicle with a Breathalizer ignition system. Every five minutes, the thing starts beeping, you have to complete some intricate Suck, wait for a Click, then Blow, then everything is good for another 5 minutes. Or is it, Blow, Click Suck?..... Well, whatever it was, I franked it up.

The horn started a non stop horn honking cadence. Tried the Suck Click Blow.... Horn kept blaring. 3 miles, a parking lot cut over and one red light ran, got it back to the shop and killed the engine.

Learned that as soon as the horn goes off, a message is automatically sent to the court system of his failed test. Arrest to follow.

That was mid morning. Things got busier from there. Don't know how that loose end ended up.

In Inspirational News, I won another half day shift tomorrow. Stay tuned.

No fancy rides today. Closest to fancy was an ‘18 Yukon. Im getting spoiled.

Also learned the entry level Teslas are garbage. Think it’s the S.

Can’t really blame Musk. It’s the first iteration of a change for the future. Two were in today. One of them they is in the process of selling it because it keeps breaking. It has 33,000 miles on it. He’s getting a fancier Tesla as a replacement.

Actually saw a Consumer Reports ranking of brands by reliability, and Tesla was 2nd to last. I think they managed to beat Lincoln

Speaking of Consumer Reports, time to reapproach my wife on this one. She didn’t see the value in spending the money to get the kitchen appliances, so I used Cbid Reports instead.

Now it it time for new furnace shopping. Unsure if CR does anything on furnaces though.

Do you collect payments or just deliver the car?

Waiting for the sun to hobble through a 4 miler then head for the gym. A crew is coming tomorrow to start the three day process or redoing our pool decking and put in new runoff drain lines. My part of that is drawing the water down about 6" so they can cover the pool and removing all patio items, cutting back any plants that hang out over the deck. Looks like Imma gonna be stuck in a corner of the yard somewhere for the next few days when I have a cigar.

Ugh... replaced the HVAC system almost 2 years ago. Kept existing lines and ducting, but got a new furnace, fan, condenser, etc... $7500 paying cash and with a military discount. I got off light. Good luck, brotherman.

Stove repaired once, fridge repaired once... it's time, but I don't want to do it. I want to frankin' move to some new construction in another frankin' state.

2 houses on my cul-de-sac sold so fast your head would spin... and one of them needed a lot of work inside. I know because for the past 2 weeks that work has been going on. They're finally moving their stuff in.

Good Tuesday Morning! It's an overcast 44° on the way to to 70° today. Off to the range former practice, I got third place in the American Rimfire Association Factory rifle division last Saturday.
