Captian Crunch is for children, if you want good cold cereal it's Frosted Flakes. I got a sugar rush just typing the name. I survived on them for over a year while my wife completed her BS in nursing.

PB CC must be eaten with caution. You can't just tear into it like a wild hyena as soon as the milk hits the bowl. You have to give it a couple of minutes for initial softening to take place in order to protect your gums

Conversely, don't wait too long or you'll have a bowl of pellet shaped mush
