Howdy dowdy all. Was in contact with Jeep customer service, 2022 Jeep Compass is only averaging 12mpg local driving versus the 22mpg should be getting. Appoint next month with dealer for diagnosis .Only 750 miles on.#-o

Happy Friday workers of the world. Three cups in and out for a 5 miler. Gym later and pool maintenance is all that is on the agenda. Pretty sure a couple of fine habanos can be consumed.

Master bath is under construction first and is frozen waiting on plumbing and electrical inspections. Inspectors cancelled on the day of inspection and it has sat for two weeks now.

12mpg is crazy, unless your gas pedal only has two positions... UP and DOWN.

I mean, it's a 4cyl, it's hard to NOT get good mileage.

New truck has been pretty consistent no matter how I drive, or if I tow, or what I tow. Solid 9.8mpg all the time. If I'm straight highway unloaded it'll creep up to 12-13. Even with a 7klb camper I'm high 9's. Open trailer with a car I can do 10.5 highway.
