...Going in early AM tomorrow for just carpal on other hand, and repair "trigger finger" on pinkie same hand.
Told the doc liberals can't get trigger finger, but maybe I lost my exemption due to belief in the right to own guns.
Been having ulnar issue for a while too but I'll put it of as long as possible. Can't do without bendability in wrist and elbow at the same time on my right arm.

Better commence to sleeping soon...have to be on the road early.

Stop Squirrel Hate!

Now I need a safe space, hugs, a dark room, and a special month, a riot ...errrrr I mean protest, and squirrel hate crime legislation.

Holy moly! I figure I do about 8000 in an hour of fast walking so you must have been at it for 5-6 hours at least?

Probably. 17k Saturday was go go most of the day. Sunday morning, I found out I was 6k behind a Canadian.
This could not stand.

The coup de grâce was a all but non-stop jogging in place for an hour and 42 minutes. About a 50/50 split between the fat burning and cardio zones.

Wife was not remotely happy as I had to work today and start a vacation Tuesday morning and was sure my back would be wrecked and I'd ruin everything.

With or without back pain, I'm well capable of ruining everything, so I'm missing the point.

You need to stretch your hamstrings and glutes. That'll help the lower back tremendously.

MACS wrote:

Stretching would help. Surgery sounds inevitable. 31 degree C curve. It by back was straight, I'd be in the 6' 4" or 6' 5".

Sounds like the makings of a Dr. Suess Rhyme.

Did the fox wear sox and did he dine with wine? Was the rabbit wearing a habit or was there nun?

Maybe the fox in sox caught the squirrel but since he drank too much wine, it made him hurl.

It was only sucky, when I didn't see Bucky.

Will he wear a July Bow when he tours Lambeau?

The brother ain't half dumb, but gots half a thumb.

Not even being coy, he's thinking a cigar for his boy while away in the Bay, because what could his mother say?

Finished the lawn. Got dinner made and mostly eaten. Then the sirens went off. Severe winds only lasted 10-15mins, and the threat of hail never materialized. I didn't hear of any touchdowns nearby. Exciting night

Glad they passed uneventfully, SOB. It's crazy what seems normal depending on where you live. You have tornado sirens, my car thermometer said it was 115 the other day. Meh.

It's like any abusive relationship. Mother Nature is actually an evil b1tch, but you put up with her chit because you remember the good times when she was sweet to you
