THAT LINK SCREAMS TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT!
We are going to have a problem with that name... unless CBID totally goes out of business and no-one there cares we are using their name. I seriously doubt that will happen (with a 98.2% degree of certainty). I used to regularly read a journal about Cigar Law. These are litigious people. CHANGE THE NAME. CLOSE IT DOWN. NOW. Start it up without their name.
Perhaps we should just ask them what their short/long-term intentions/plans even are?* That is not to say we shouldn't have a back-up in place now. And, it would cut-out any insecurity/uncertainty.I volunteer to be part of a small group of like just three or four people including Stogie who plan this out and get it done right, including keeping everyone informed. On the other hand, you can all just tell me to frank-off with this idea or do it without me.

* Anyone ever consider what the business implications could be the way we habitually scare away new posters? Just wondering...
