On the positive side, all the more pissed off voters to vote in November, too bad there isn't much difference in either party.

People who couldn’t go to college will pay taxes to subsidize people who could go to college.

I'm not an accountant nor a scholar of Federal authority but shouldn't this have to go through the appropriate checks and balances?

I'm not an accountant nor a scholar of Federal authority but shouldn't this have to go through the appropriate checks and balances?
