To be fair, Frank, no one thinks Biden is a fool because he stutters (or doesn't). People think he is a fool becase he says and does foolish stuff.

In summary, I think he is a senile moron who also happens to maybe have a stuttering problem.

Did you know that once upon a time Senators were chosen by the state legislatures as intelligent statesman to represent the interests of the state. That was the general idea anyway. It was a check against House of Representatives.
Since Senators have been chosen by duhmacracy, it comes as no surprise that you now get the opposite many times, you get a Fetterman.
