E, do yourself a big favor. Plop down the 25 bucks and get the OtterBox,Bowman lighter, 5 La Tradicion deal that CB has going. I've got an alligator case that holds 3 52 gauge cigars that cover 5"-8" cigars. I've seen some leather ones like mine here. Just not as nice. The good thing about the OtterBox is you can throw it around, and the humidifier does a good job. You can't go wrong.

I have a 3-finger leather case. For those long nights out I use sandwich baggies. For my week-long trips abroad I use a tupperware spaghetti holder.

I have one of those fiberglass Travel Warrior cases, which I think is the same as the Otter, but maybe a little larger. Holds 18 AF Canones, keeps them for weeks with no problem. The only thing to be carefull of is to not over-humidify, since the air lock is so tight, and they come with a good size device. These things are perfect for tailgate parties, vacations, weekend trips.

I did pretty much the same thing, 'droom ... my tupperware style box as a lid that sort of clamps on and has a little strap handle built into it ... the box is about 18" long, 10" deep and 8" high ... I took some cigar boxes apart and used the pieces to line the bottom and sides ... cost me less than $10 and it works like a champ ...
