For all you still butt hurt about the CFP committee and their exclusion of FSU, have you considered who is in charge of the CFP? Of course not, it must have been a SEC led conspiracy.

The Executive Director is Bill Hancock, U of Oklahoma, also a carry-over from the BCS days.

The 2023 President was Boo Corrigan, NC State AD. One would think that if he felt strong enough about FSU, they would have made the playoff.

A review of the committee members bios will reveal that there is one member with SEC ties and at least 2-3 including Corrigan with ACC ties. Doesn’t appear that the deck was stacked in the favor of the SEC.

I dunno about all that but we were told all this crap would be solved with the "new" bowl structure.

Then again if people are offended an undefeated team doesn't get their due because they might lose need to check their vagina at the door. Losing is the 1st step to setting up a winning program. As Alabama showed, its also the dying gasp of a program on life support.

Don't worry, the SEC is not going anywhere if recent history is any indicator.

Unfortunately this will go unnoticed by those who think that an SEC lead conspiracy instead of one with closer ACC ties kept poor, poor FSU out of the CFP.

In other news, this morning Brian Kelly called the entire LSU defensive coaching staff from the DC down into his office and fired them.

The field of 12 teams will be comprised of the six conference champions ranked highest by the selection committee (no minimum ranking requirement), plus the six highest-ranked other teams. The ranking of the teams will continue to be done by a selection committee whose size, composition, and method of selection will remain substantially unchanged from the current arrangement. The four highest-ranked conference champions will be seeded one through four and each will receive a first-round bye. The other eight teams will play in the first round with the higher seeds hosting the lower seeds either on campus or at other sites designated by the higher-seeded institution.

I would suppose they did such a great job this year, keep the same people in charge!

At least they are being "honest" about there being just four champions that matter.

How many of those ACC championships are complete frauds? You know- finished the season with a loss?

If any of them were undefeated, they wouldn't qualify.

Simple fact of the matter is all of those ACC champs were far superior to this years FSU team at the end of the season.

Here I turn on tne national championship game, expecting Michigan vs Washington, and instead, I'm watching a sequel to Georgia Florida State?!
