ACTUALLY a bidi is a middle eastern "cigarette"... very small using a leaf for a wrapper instead of paper... They are dirt cheap. I sent some to a friend when I was in Saudi, most people hated them, but he said they were ok.

As for the thread. I LOVE the Drew Lines, I have only been smoking a few years and am already leaning more toward the more traditional smokes, but I STILL love and acid, natural or Ambrosia from time to time.

Acid1 RULES, the only one I have HATED was the Ambrosia "Mint Van", but hey to each their own!

Did you say "Mint Van"?! I can't say the name gives me a huge desire to buy. Makes me think of Binaca and windshield. So what's next, Menthol Shoelace?

You guys are leaving off the best Drew Estate brand, IP. I love the Industrial Press. No special Drew Estate gimics, just a great smoke. Um...wait, forget I said that. They're awful. Don't anyone bid, I'll handle them myself.

I was leaving out the IPs on purpose because we were talking about the aeromatics, but yes IPs are fine smokes... The 5 point fig is still a bit much for me but I am getting there.

Has anyone else noticed a name change in the ambrosia line? In particular the "Mint Van" and the "Little Sister's Necter" I am now seeing posted simply as "Van" and "Necter" Is someone just lazy in their typing or did they actually shorten the name?

They actually shortened the name to Nectar from Little Sister's Nectar. I heard they had an avalanche of complaints about it. As for the Mint Vann, changed to Vann Reef, why I'm not sure...

I think of the Drew Estates I've had if I had to pick one line to be stranded on a desert island with it would definetely be Industrial Press. I have have tried all sizes more than once and the construction and flavor were phenomenal. I prefer the Brick and Drew Supreme. But nothing says I'm the Man like pullin gout a Mass and lighting it up.

Currenlty enjoying an Astral Candela.........Leon

Leon, you like that Astral Candela? I had one just a few days ago. Just as you'd expect, it was pretty mild. Something different for a change.

Astral Candela is a great mellow cigar. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a light smoke.
