Often I hear about Suspicous Moles (1969 song by Elvis) which generally get zapped, and Cancerous Moles.

Where to Pre-Cancerous fit in the spectrum?

I think most moles are not cancerous unless they change shape from round to something more irregular. I have had many spots zapped as a just-in-case after being evaluated by my dermatologist.

Cadiologist appointment yesterday. Had a new Cardio PA or whatever she was called.

Discussed frequency and durations of AFIB since the ablation I had in November '23. Was told my incidents were in a so-so range. Asked if I would consider having another, new and improved procedure. This lady was all business. The convo went like this...

Me: Maybe I'd try the new and improved, but I can't believe the insurance company would agree to be on the hook for another one within 18 months.

(she peers into the computer)

Cardio PA: Well. There may be some issue. You have United Health. So...

Me: (Deadpan) Maybe that is part of the reason that executive had a real bad day.

She made an involuntary sound which was 60% laugh 40% scream for two seconds. Composed herself and then started apologizing for her response.

I just smiled and reminder her when our appointment started I told her my sense of humor is unconventional and somewhat dark.

Think I made an impression.

Mine weren't zapped they were cut out. Believe it or not they're still all sensitive and hard scabbed. I've been applying terrasil to them to soften the scabs somewhat but they cut pretty damned deep on mine.

safest bet to prevent recurrence is to cut to the margins...I think like 2 millimeters beyond the edges all around

Get some terrasil. I tried neosporin and all it was doing was cutting off the air forcing the scabs to get thicker. Weird I know. Talked to my pharmacist and she wanted to see what I was talking about after asking where they were. Thankfully one that really hurts and is the widest and deepest cut is above my heart and below nipple like 3". She recommended terrasil and I got it that day. I've seen forward progress healing since.

YMMV but it sounds like the same thing.

I survived.. both tendons were flat so the transfer didn't happen... we'll see how da repairs go.. .. nothing left but the recovery.. thanks for the well wishes... 🇨🇮

Congrats guys.

Now for something Stupid. And I am just the guy for it.

Although I had 30 minutes to drink the solution, because I am Goal Oriented, and a bit touched,
I consumed all of the colonoscopy mixture in one minute.
