He doesn't just do the commercials. Sort of like the "hair club for men" thing.

Pushing the envelope is actually, physically doing something. For instance, becoming active in politics in order to enact change.

Sitting around, finding obscure web links, (of which, half are either severely doctored or out of context) is not pushing anyone's envelope.

It's just pushing buttons.
