I once had a blue and gold macaw named Sargent Pepper and he was a great friend and talked (babbled) quite a bit. Had a vocabulary of 40 plus words. Phone would ring and he would pipe up with "Hello, hello" or something in that order.

Had to sell him because of his penchant to eat furniture, wish I had sold the furniture and kept the bird. Great and beautiful birds.
