Well I had a 6:30 AM! Meeting this morning. I'm typically not a morning person... Gulp (swallowing hard) Petewie (now spitting), I "remembered" that today was red shirt day 15 minutes after I left the house! DOH! Well at least I fessed up that I messed up. Several folks at work busted me about it... Next week for sure!

It was covered in my Red Blooded American post. Wearing red on Friday to show support for our troops. Unfortunately, it looks like I don't give a shirt. No less than half a dozen people have already commented on the lack of redness in my attire. So I pull my shirt up and paddle my belly and at least I have a red tire...

Must have been a regional thing. Hardly saw any red around here.

I wore red, friday, but noone noticed. I worked all day, in a red shirt. Nobody said a thing about it, until the end of the night, when my boss looked at me and said, "You must be wearing red in support of the troops, Cause you don't look good in red."
At least she knew where I was coming from.

P.S. I had to go out and buy the red shirt just for Friday. She's right, I look better in darker colors.
